The Seed Series
Beginning with the flagship Carreg Brutus or Brutus Stone, the Seed Series are the labels journey through the legendary origins of cider. Dating back to the Fall of Troy when King Brutus migrated to the British Isles and had a tussle with the gargantuan giants that, in those days, ruled the Isles, an apple from the most ancient or primal orchard is divided into seven portions, the last of which is hidden from men. The ciders are a quest to find the elusive seventh seed, and enjoy six other magical sups along the way.

The Dragon Series
Dragons are not always earth dwelling reptilians in ancient lore. Sometimes they are fiery flying spirits that provide or protect wisdom, and guide the affairs of men. The Dragon Series features five such guardians of special, approachable ciders that provide the broadest range of flavors from ‘bone dry’ to unique floral infusions.
The Seven Nations Series
Seven Seeds celebrates Celtic cultures and, expanding outside of cider, will release a specialty beverage connected to each of the Seven Celtic Nations; Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Brittany, Cornwall, Galicia and the Isle of Man. The first Seven Nations offering is an international award winner! The renowned Regal Weasel is wrapped in the sigil of Brittany, and is a sophisticated Pommeau that transports the pallet to coastal kingdoms of the Bretons!
